Shipping and refund policy

We  want our customers to be able to rely on us. If there is any problem with our product due to rough handling during shipping, please communicate to our customer service via our email address (shopoxalisjewelry@gmail.com ) with pictures and explanation of the situation and we will do our very best to remedy the situation. During the ordering process, please make sure that you've enter the correct mailing address. We will not be held responsible is the information entered were not accurate and were sent back. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopoxalisjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We can offer our services to fix and repair the pieces in question. However, please consider the possibility of delays for reparation and shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Shipping

We will definitely send you an email with your shipping information once we ship your new treasures! However, please note that all deliveries are carried out by outside courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once we ship out your package, the shipping process will be out of our control. But, we will always do our very best to help you through the tracking process.

We offer different methods for shipping. The price however for it might vary depending on your address! You will see the options at checkout. But, if your order is over 90$CAD, you will have no shipping cost.

 

International deliveries

Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that we does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the exact cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Additionally, we recommend to make prompt payment of any custom duty fees so delivery can proceed smoothly.
